At Sloane., we offer shipping throughout the United States, complimentary local delivery, and free in-store pickup.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Standard U.S. shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. For orders of $150 or less, shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances.

Local Delivery

Complimentary local delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of our Marion, Iowa boutique. Select local delivery at checkout when available, and we will coordinate delivery with you.

In-Store Pickup

Free pickup is available at Sloane., 660 10th St, Suite A, Marion, Iowa 52302. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting during store hours.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please confirm that your email and shipping address are correct when placing your order.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact info@sloanesclothing.com so we can assist you. Please report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.
