We strive for accuracy but may correct errors in product descriptions, prices, or availability. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel the order and refund any payment collected.

Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to payment approval and product availability. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for that item. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances. Please provide accurate shipping information and contact us promptly if an order is missing, delayed, or delivered incorrectly.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method, or within 30 days for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. Items discounted 50% or more, intimates, swimwear, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you; this request does not limit rights available under applicable law.
